TERMS OF SERVICE
BODY CONTOURING APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS
To secure your body contouring appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your appointment slot and allows us to prepare the necessary resources and equipment for your session.
Important Points:
The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking to confirm your appointment.
If the deposit is not received within the specified time, the appointment will be considered unconfirmed and may be offered to another client.
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, the deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date, provided that at least 48 hours' notice is given.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
To ensure your appointment is secured, you must confirm your appointment with your card at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. This policy applies to all services, including body contouring and spray tanning. Failure to confirm within this timeframe will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment. The appointment slot will then be allocated to the first person on the waitlist.
Important Points:
A confirmation email or message will be sent to remind you to confirm your appointment.
If you do not confirm your appointment within 24 hours, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
Any deposits made will not be refunded if the appointment is canceled due to non-confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS
Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
A credit card will be held on file from every client, in the event that a cancellation or a reschedule is needed. No exceptions.

ANY APPOINTMENT CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. ALL "NO SHOWS" WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
We recognise the time of our clients and technician is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Please remember that is is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original notification was received timely.
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.
CHILDREN AT APPOINTMENTS
We understand that finding childcare can be challenging, and we aim to accommodate our clients as best as we can. However, for the safety and comfort of all clients, we have specific policies regarding bringing children to appointments.
Spray Tanning Appointments:
Children are allowed to accompany you to your spray tanning appointment.
We ask that children remain seated to ensure their safety.
Please bring something for your child to do for 30 minutes whilst you have your spray tan.
Body Contouring Appointments:
For safety and hygiene reasons, children are not allowed to accompany you to body contouring appointments.
Body contouring involves the use of specialised equipment and procedures that require a controlled environment free from potential distractions.
Ensuring a sterile and calm environment is crucial for the effectiveness of the treatment and the safety of all clients.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. Our goal is to provide a safe, professional, and comfortable experience for everyone.
